As a Community College Business/Economics Professor for the past 19 years, I've worked with thousands of students and have seen firsthand how unprepared many are when it comes to managing money. Combined with my experience serving in the U.S. Navy Reserves for eight years, I understand the importance of discipline, planning, and real‑world decision‑making. That’s why I created Flagship Financial Academy—to bridge the gap in financial education and equip teens with practical skills they need to succeed in life.
